Important Guidelines

Our Consolidation Fee

Free Packaging Disposal – Removal of extra packaging or inclusions at no cost.
Additional Packages – Items arriving after a request will be included in the next shipment.
Service Add-ons – $2/MYR5.00 for extra bubble wrap, $3/MYR10.00 for repacking item.
Inspection Service – $2/MYR5.00 per package for unsealing and photo; $4/MYR15.00 per package for unsealing and video.
Handling Fee – $5/MYR20.00 (1–5kg), $4/MYR15.00 (5.01–10kg), $3/MYR10.00 (10.01kg and above) per shipment.
Packing Fee – $3/MYR10.00 for parcels weighing up to 2kg. An extra $1/MYR3.50 will be added for every additional kilogram.
Split Shipment – $3/MYR10.00 to separate items under one tracking number.
Overdue Consolidation – $2/MYR5.00 per 7 days beyond the 15 days free storage period.

Our Policy

T&C

Additional packages cannot be added after consolidation; new arrivals will be scheduled for the next shipment.
Storage period begins from the day the first package arrives at our warehouse until a consolidation request is made.
Drella is responsible for packages only while within our warehouse premises.
Packages unclaimed for 80 days (after 3 notifications) will be discarded.
Consolidated packages without payment after 15 days will be discarded.
Restricted, dangerous, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Requested items that have not been paid for will not be purchased by us.
Drella cannot be held accountable for items that are sold out as a result of the user's delayed payment.
Shipping charges are based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight (L × H × W ÷ 5000).
